Investing in people.
Inspiring little minds.
We believe children thrive when the people caring for them feel supported, valued and able to give their best.

More time for what matters
We plan staffing around children’s needs and statutory requirements, while supporting practitioners to respond with warmth, patience and individual attention.

Practitioners, not paperwork
Centralised administrative support and clear operating processes help our nursery teams concentrate on children, learning and relationships.

People who keep growing
Continuing professional development, paid INSET and our Bo Peep Leadership Academy help practitioners develop their skills and build fulfilling careers.

Behind our wider educational support is a very tangible experience: environments designed for children, opportunities to create and resources they can return to as they grow.

Great educators deserve strong support.
Our nursery teams benefit from professional development, central support and an additional layer of cross-site governance. The Governance Manager works alongside local nursery leadership to review standards, encourage reflective practice and identify opportunities to improve children's experiences. This is part of our commitment to quality that is actively supported, not simply promised.

Inclusive practice is part of this wider support: practitioners work with families and external specialists, while nursery leadership helps coordinate assessments, adapt learning environments and review progress. See our Brook Green inclusion evidence.
How we support SEND and inclusion ↗Our cross-site Governance Manager works alongside nursery leadership to recognise strengths, identify areas for development and support consistent expectations for quality, safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Meet Livia
Livia progressed from Wraparound Manager into her cross-site governance role. She holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy of Preschool and Primary Education, and is studying towards a master's degree in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change.
Her focus is on reflective leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement, with children, families and staff at the centre of the work.

From staff interests to children's experiences.
Practitioner-led Gardening, Science and Reading Clubs are examples of colleagues sharing their interests and strengths with children. Livia's career progression is a further example of recognising leadership potential.
Our Leadership Academy sets out an ambition for structured professional growth; we distinguish that framework from examples of development already delivered.
