Published fee schedule, Version 3.0, revised 20 August 2026. Monthly fees are annualised across twelve months. The columns including meals and consumables apply from 1 January 2027 and represent optional charges for funded hours.

How funding works
Funded early education hours are delivered free of charge. Published fees include meals, refreshments, consumables, specialist teachers, uniform and local trips. Optional meals and consumables charges during funded hours begin 1 January 2027. Families may provide these themselves without affecting the funded place.

Minimum Attendance Policy (MAP)
The MAP sets out a progressive, age-appropriate attendance pathway. Progression takes effect at the beginning of the Autumn (1 September), Spring (1 January) and Summer (1 May) terms. Progression is contractual and each step is discussed and confirmed in writing. A child's birthday does not reset their position on the pathway.
For two-year-olds the published minimum moves from five mornings, to five mornings plus one afternoon, to five mornings plus two afternoons. For three-year-olds it moves from two full days and three mornings, to three full days and two mornings, to four full days and one morning. Full-time attendance is the expected pattern for four-year-olds preparing for school. Bespoke arrangements are considered individually under the policy.
